Original '62-'63 VW Bug steering wheel in what looks to be a Powder Blue or Robin Egg Blue color, super cool! All threads and splines are good and this accepts the D style horn rim. It does have small cracks and wear as shown in pics. It would be a good driver quality wheel as is or could be restored to your liking.
