Original Ivory '60-'61 VW Bug steering wheel in rough condition. Splines are good but it has a couple twisted off horn rim screws and damaged contact pins. It also has cracks and major wear as shown in pics. We imagine about anything could be repaired but it might just be a good wall hangar.
