Here is another used item that we recently acquired. This is a Carter 4 barrel carb that came from a 1958 Cadillac. This one came from a car that had factory air conditioning and as you can see in pictures 5 and 6 it has the air conditioning fast idle control on the side. It is a model 2802 S and it has sat unused inside a waterproof garage for many years so it will absolutely need to be rebuilt. It has the choke on it which is not broken or cracked also. The top butterfly opens and closes but in the last 2 pictures you can see the bottom butterflies have old caked on dried up dirt on them from mud daubers. With that dirt on it the butterflies do not open and I don't want to force them open so you will need to obviously clean it up when you are rebuilding it. There is no rust or damage on the bottom, it wasn't sitting in water, there is only dried up dirt.
