Both are original Ford. See part numbers and markings in photos. The pivot ball has some pitting and minimal wear. But way better than others offered on here. It will need a complete Disassembly and cleaning. May need a hardware kit in the drag link but it looks pretty good. No returns. This isn’t Amazon and I don’t sell Chinese garbage.
