Factory throttle shafts are removed to be replated and re-coated and are re installed with a fresh spring. Remanufactured OEM tbi injectors New gaskets from top to bottom New filters New diaphram Black oxide bolts converted to Zinc for longer life Brand new TPS/IACV Replated fuel inlets+ new plastic washers Throttle base and upper are re conditioned to look factory new. Upon re assembly injectors are tested to ensure flow rates match. Base assembly is vacuum tested to ensure throttle blades seal perfectly. No need to mess with your old tbi assembly!
