SHIPPING TERMS: - We only ship to the 48 Continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We also do not ship to U.S. Protectorates, AFO/APO Military addresses and P.O. RETURNS: Unfortunately, after having dealt with many fraudulent transactions, we decided to mark all our items with tamper evident labels or other tamper evident markings in an effort to protect ourselves and our customers. Please do not remove these markings unless you are absolutely certain you want to keep the item. Returns will not be processed if the labels are tampered/missing regardless of the situation. If any evidence is found of an attempt to defraud us, a police report and an IC3 complaint will be filed. We will not process returns for any item where the tamper labels are removed/tampered regardless of the situation. - In the rare case an item is found to be defective, the refund amount will only be for the original purchase price. We will not cover any labor costs, diagnostics, towing, rental car or any other expenses related to an item being defective or damaged. - If an item is found to be defective, we will cover return shipping costs.
