(Be sure to check the cigarette lighter circuit fuse before ordering!) This part is the only correct and thermally safe way to fix your cigarette lighter fusible link if you're not getting power and it is an exact replacement if the back of your cigarette lighter has the two spade electrical connectors at a right angle as shown in the 2nd picture (for illustrative purposes only). Thermal fusible link is visible as the black wire connection. (complete cigarette lighter socket is not for sale in this listing, just the fusible link disc) The thermal fusible link has the one prong and mounts onto the second prong. To install, undo the nut at the rear of the cigarette lighter and remove and replace the fusible link disc.
