Unless other arrangements have been approved, this cylinder head must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received. Warranty This cylinder head is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 30 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this cylinder head has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required. At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode. This long block coverage applies to major components only: engine blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, pistons and connecting rods, oil pump, camshafts, and valve train. All additional engine accessories and trims are considered extras and are not covered by any return or warranty policy. Extras may include turbochargers, manifolds, fuel pumps, injectors, belt-driven components, electronic modules, wiring harnesses, sensors, solenoids, actuators, cooling system components, engine mounts, and more.
