All of our items are pulled from vehicles already and ready to ship. - Any free shipping we offer is for the continental United States only. - International Shipping is Available for most items. We have the ability to ship large items by pallet as well - If your item shows lost in transit or delivered but you cannot find the package, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. If you have had a history of packages being taken and would like to add signature delivery or other services to your order, please contact us before ordering to have it added to the order for an additional fee. - Local pickup option also available in Wausau WI and are able to transfer parts for pickup in Tampa FL at times. # Parts/Defects/Color Disclaimer - Every effort is made to photograph the items accurately and to show products in detail, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, and other defects.
