Here we have a Genuine used 07-11 Toyota Camry Hybrid / 07-11 Nissan Altima Hybrid and/or 07-11 Lexus GS450h Inverter water pump. For the Lexus GS450h the water spout needs to be rotated by removing the little screws (see example image).
