This is for all 4 striker or latches. These are mounted on the underside edge of the tonneau covers. These meet the striker plates. These are the latches that hold the cover down. The mounting bolts are all included. A little rust on the surface, but not bad at all. I am selling many parts from the cover so look at my other goodies too. Thanks for looking
