If you are not able to unload your shipment, the shipping company will charge for unloading on your behalf. - To pass our shipping savings on to you, we may alternate between UPS, USPS depending on which is most affordable and/or faster. ### RETURN POLICY: - All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of the item being received by the customer.
