Any aftermarket parts, performance modifications, or non-factory software or tuning will void the warranty. Timing chains, chain guides, VVT/Vanos/VTEC components, vacuum pumps, and similar maintenance-related items are not covered unless specifically stated otherwise. Accessories left on the engine for installation convenience only, including the alternator, power steering pump, A/C compressor, and similar components, are not covered unless specifically stated in the listing. Engine overheating, oil starvation, low oil level, improper lubrication, or improper installation will void the warranty. All installation work must be performed by a licensed, professional, ASE-certified repair shop or dealership. Proof of installation is required for any warranty claim.
