If an item is damaged, take photos of the damaged packaging and damage to the product(s). We will then handle the insurance claim. Do not return the item unless we tell you to do so. Please note all serial numbers and tamper proof labels are applied, if they do not match what we have sent out then we will not issue a refund. The item must be returned to Auto Parts Haven within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date. All items must be returned in the original packaging and  in the condition it was sent in. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Once your return has passed our inspection,  the buyer will be refunded the purchase price, minus the original shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. We are open Tuesday-Friday.
