This is a good used Passenger side exhaust manifold from a 6.6L LML/LGH Duramax Engines. It is not cracked and all the threaded holes are in good shape. The cast # is 12624683. It will fit 2011-2016 Chevrolet/GMC 2500/3500 - Chevrolet Express Some parts are cleaner and some parts are dirtier than the one pictured. Some may be painted some may be bare.
